1. Describe the location
Tell us whether the mat will be indoors, outdoors or in a protected entrance. Mention direct rain, heavy footfall and any unusual dirt or moisture.
2. Send the dimensions
Measure the usable width and depth and check the door clearance. If there is a recess, take measurements at more than one point.
3. Add a photograph
A wide photograph of the doorway and a close view of the threshold often reveal details that measurements alone cannot show.
4. Attach the artwork
Send the best file available. PDF, SVG, EPS or AI files are helpful, although a clear PNG or JPG can be assessed too.
5. Confirm quantity and timing
Quantity, dimensions, model and artwork determine the quotation. Once the specification is agreed, we prepare the design for approval before production.
